Welcome to Samantha Elizabeth Studios. Every piece I create is made by hand — layered with time, intention, and story. To help you know what to expect, here’s everything you need to know about orders, shipping, commissions, and care.

Shipping Policy

All artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care.

Originals typically ship within 7–14 business days.
Prints or custom pieces may take 2–4 weeks, depending on production time.
You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
All shipments include insurance; large canvases may ship in custom crates or tubes.
Local pickup or delivery in Wichita, KS is available by request.
For international shipping, please contact hello@samanthaelizabethstudios.com for a custom quote.

If your artwork arrives damaged, email photos within 48 hours so I can make it right.

Refund Policy

All pieces are either handmade originals or made-to-order. Because of this, all sales are final.

If your artwork arrives damaged or an issue occurs, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. I’ll work with you personally to resolve it.

Please note that natural texture, variation, and color shifts are part of the art’s handmade nature — and make each piece one of a kind.

Custom Commission Agreement

Every custom order is a collaboration.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.
The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment or pickup.
Most custom pieces take 3–6 weeks, depending on size and materials.
You’ll receive a photo preview near completion for minor adjustments.
All creative rights remain with Samantha Elizabeth Studios.
Custom work cannot be refunded or cancelled once started.

By purchasing or commissioning artwork from Samantha Elizabeth Studios, you agree to the following:

All images, artwork, and designs are the property of Samantha Elizabeth Studios and may not be reproduced without permission.
Payment is due in full before artwork is shipped.
Shipping times may vary due to weather or carrier delays.
Colors may appear slightly different on screens than in person.
Samantha Elizabeth Studios is not liable for delays or damages beyond control once shipped.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. I only collect information necessary to process your order — such as your name, email, address, and payment details.

I never sell or share your personal information.
Payments are processed securely through trusted providers like Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
Cookies and analytics may be used to improve site performance.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
